Fill out the raffle ticket stub completely and return it, along with a check made payable to the Holocaust Documentation and Education Center, Inc., in the enclosed return envelope. Please note, for your convenience, we also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Also, if you would like more tickets, contact the office at (954) 929-5690 and we will mail them out immediately.

Deadline for the raffle is May 15, 2013. You need not be present to win. The drawing will be held at the June Board Meeting.
