Honor a Loved One with a Memorial / Tribute Gift

Over the years, many of our friends have generously made contributions to the Center to mark significant occasions or in memory of a relative or friend. The Center gratefully accepts such gifts. We will send an acknowledgement of your gift to the family of the individual(s) honored.

I would like to honor a loved one by making a memorial tribute gift.

• The name of the person the donation is in honor of or in memory of
• The name of the person you wish us to send the acknowledgement card to
